MU baseball
What a fantastic way to spend a Friday night. The weather was a gorgeous 75 degrees, a few clouds in the sky and a fun game to photograph. This was my first outing to MU's Taylor Stadium and the Tigers won with a score of 18-7 against Texas Tech. Here are two photos that didn't run:

MMA: Ben Askren
Sometimes, between all the less exciting assignments, I get things I really enjoy. Yesterday granted me one of those opportunities. This is Ben Askren, former MU wrestler as well as US Olympian. He has a pro Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fight this Saturday and here he is training for that event:
